The E-Book Library charges a flat ₱199 for ebooks and ₱399 for audiobooks in the Philippines, delivered by email within about 5 minutes of confirmed GCash or Maya payment, with a full refund if a paid file never arrives.
Why is there no catalogue on the site?
What we can supply changes constantly. Rather than publish a list that goes stale, we confirm each title on request. It also means we never charge you for something we turn out not to have.
Is ₱199 really the price for any ebook?
Yes. One flat price for ebooks and one for audiobooks, regardless of the title or its retail price. No bundles, no surge pricing, no shipping.
How do I know this is legitimate?
We supply as a licensed reseller, we never ask for money before confirming your title, and every conversation stays on our Facebook page where our history is public. If we cannot source your book, you pay nothing.
What if I pay and nothing arrives?
You get the full amount back by GCash or Maya. If we confirmed the title, took your payment, and the file never arrives, message us and we refund it. No form, no conditions.
How long does delivery take?
Usually within 5 minutes after your payment is confirmed. If a title needs sourcing we tell you the wait before you pay.
What file will I get?
EPUB or PDF for ebooks, MP3 for audiobooks. Say which you prefer when you request. EPUB works with most phone reading apps.
Can I pay with a card or over the counter?
GCash and Maya only. Send only to the account details we give you inside the Messenger thread — we will never ask you to pay anyone else.
I lost the file. Can I get it again?
Search your email for our delivery message — the file is attached there. If you cannot find it, message us on Messenger and we will resend at no cost.
Do you serve readers outside the Philippines?
No. Our licences and our payment methods are Philippine-only.
